How Bragerr handles your data
This page is a plain-English summary. The full legal detail is in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
The short version
- We only collect the store data each app needs to work — nothing more.
- Customer email addresses are hashed with SHA-256 before we ever store them.
- We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
- Your data is isolated per store — it's never mixed with another merchant's.
- Uninstall an app and we delete its data within 30 days.
Sub-processors
A small set of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to keep our apps running. None of them see raw customer data beyond what's noted below.
Security measures
- Data encrypted at rest
- Per-store tenant isolation at the database level
- Customer email addresses stored only as a one-way SHA-256 hash
- 72-hour breach notification to affected merchants
